Update: LOOMING LOW, Volume II: Cover-Art Draft Reveal

For such a typically listless segment of the winter season, I’m grateful to have several irons in various fires. In an attempt to catch up, I’m circling back around to an update from Dim Shores, who recently released a cover draft for their forthcoming project, Looming Low, Volume II, a follow-up to the award-winning Looming Low Volume I (2017). The design comes courtesy of the ever-brilliant Yves Tourigny.

Sustained is my gratitude for landing a piece in this anthology. My story, “Lovenest,” will appear alongside an oppressively impressive roster of colleagues (alphabetically listed — actual order TBD):

Just In Time For Halloween: SUPERNATURAL TALES, Vol. 47 (Autumn, 2021)

The forty-seventh installment of Supernatural Tales is now available, with my haunted roller-coaster story, “Pregnant Women and People with Heart Conditions,” contained therein.

Supernatural Tales, Vol. 47: Illustrated by Sam Dawson

From Supernatural Tales: “Issue 47 of Supernatural Tales is now available as a print-on-demand magazine or as an ezine – at very reasonable prices! Five new stories! Jane Jakeman ventures back in time to the good old days of the plague in England. Carole Tyrrell moves to the south coast to find a strange pre-war relic. Clint Smith takes us to a haunted amusement park. Mark Nicholls follows a trail of vengeance in 19th century America. And Elie Lichstein discovers something nasty in a New York bathtub.”
